ACT Prep class offered at SMNorth prior to each ACT testing date.
Just $65.00 for 2 nights. Oct. 23 & 24 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm in SMN Learning Commons
The class includes practical and relevant information on how to increase your ACT score. It shows you how to control the test and not let it control you. The workshop covers what will be on the test and how to master test-taking techniques. This class is NOT a practice test. Learn general ideas about the ACT as a whole and the individual tests.

PSAT
PSAT National Day of Testing - Given at SMNorth
Juniors wanting to take the PSAT to be considered for NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) will register at Total Registration. Cost is $19.00
Juniors not taking the PSAT will take a locally scored ACT.
All sophomores will take the PSAT at no cost to the student.
Freshmen will be doing various activities. Details to come.

Taken each May by students all over the world, the AP Exam is the final step you take after a year of hard work in an AP class. These standardized exams are designed to measure how well you’ve mastered the content and skills of the course — a successful score could even earn you credit and advanced placement in college.
